DAMAC Properties has completed a number of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with more in progress in those regions as well as Jordan, Lebanon and the United Kingdom. The Company has also released two master developments in Dubai, totaling nearly 100 million square feet between them. DAMAC Hills (formerly AKOYA by DAMAC) centres around Beverly Hills-style living on The Drive, and the championship-standard Trump International Golf Club Dubai with a mix of horizontal and vertical community living. Trump International Golf Club Dubai was opened in February 2017 by guests of honour Donald Trump Jr and Eric Trump. The second development, AKOYA Oxygen, boasts another world-class course by Tiger Woods Design, the Trump World Golf Club Dubai.It is also home to The Dubai Rainforest and Vista Lux, a retail, dining and entertainment destination. DAMAC Properties was established in 2002, and is part of the DAMAC Group, formed in 1992, by Hussain Sajwani, the owner and chairman. In January 2015, DAMAC Properties listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), its home market exchange, after in December 2013, DAMAC was the first real estate company from the Middle East to list on the London Stock Exchange through a global depository receipts programme, which raised US$379 million in the form of an IPO.
Myró Antiques House. In 2013 Stavros Muronidis with the support of his associates and the contribution of collectors and benefactors, set forth to materialize the reviving of international interest on the Greek marble and the marble sculpture. An innovative approach, based not only on the organization of Symposiums internationally renowned marble and bronze sculptors of today, but more on a function of a worldwide platform of co-operation leads to the fulfillment of a greater vision. This is the vision of uniting different cultures in the base of Arts and to provide ways through Arts and Culture to communicate and extent relief efforts through various activities. The Initiative, apart of organizing International Symposiums, is a platform generating exhibitions, events and other activities to promote its vision, to provide and to promote its unique content. Now, four years later 400 sculptures have been created, within two international Symposiums organizations, while we sport 36 associate sculptors and more than a hundred affiliates.
Since the founding of Myró Antiques House Stavros Muronidis has set an ecosystem sporting several different lines of business, focusing in antiques and arts, propounding creativity and development in times of crisis. The group serves consistently with top quality the antiques & arts market since 1996, initially through antique shops in the center of Thessaloniki (the second largest city of Greece) and from May 2009 and on, at its current facilities on a mountainous plateau gifted with a clear view of Mount Olympus.
